I am a feminist, writer, speaker, PR professional, communications coach, life coach, blogger, expatriate Canadian, citizen of the world, wannabe geek, humble traveler, sometimes rabble rouser, and self-proclaimed amazing woman.

I have more than 20 years’ experience and a passion for excellence in communications, and I’ve lived in the United Arab Emirates for 17 years.

My life purpose is to celebrate, motivate and inspire people to be the best they can be, and to reach goals they thought they could never achieve. Everything I do revolves around that purpose. 

I'm a highly experienced public speaking and presentation skills trainer, and a CTI-trained co-active life coach. I deliver workshops and one-on-one coaching that transform people's lives.

I established Strike Communications, my Dubai-based one-woman consultancy, in 1998.

Under the auspices of Strike, I operate Unleash Amazing You, a coaching and training consultancy through which I deliver communications workshops and coaching (you're on the Unleashed Amazing You website now), and Amazing Women Rock, a not-for-profit website to celebrate, motivate and inspire women around the world.
